FreeStuff Refund Policy

FreeStuff offers multiple products and items with different policies. Depending on your use of FreeStuff’s products, not all policies may apply to you. Please make sure you read and understood your rights before purchasing any of FreeStuff’s products.

If you have any questions or other concerns regarding this policy, please reach out to our team via:

1. FreeStuff Premium

FreeStuff Premium is a subscription service processed via Discord. Refunds for FreeStuff Premium follow Discord’s refund policy. Please consult Discord’s official support channels for any refund inquiries related to this subscription.

2. FreeStuff API - Paid Plans

Refunds for API tier subscriptions are available within 14 calendar days of purchase. Refunds will only be processed if neither the associated account nor the created application have been terminated for any reason.

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] including:

  • Your FreeStuff user ID
  • Your payment method used including either the E-Mail address or card number the purchase was made with
  • A brief reason for the refund request
