1. Discord Bot

This section covers the FreeStuff Bot for Discord.

Information we store about your Discord Server (“Server”, “Guild”) is limited to:

  • Your Server id
  • The announcement channel id (if changed)
  • The role id to mention (if changed)
  • The settings you changed (for instance: price range, language or store filters)

If your Server is among the largest 1% of all clients (in terms of member count), we might also store the following data about your Server:

  • Your Server’s name
  • Your Server’s member count
  • Your Server’s icon
  • Your Server’s features
  • Whether the bot is set up or not

This last set of data is purely used for analytical purposes and will never be shared with any third parties or partners without your consent. If you would like to know if you fall under this category or would like to opt-out, please contact us with your Server’s id attached.

We do not collect any data about your Server that you do not explicitly provide or is not listed above.

If you want to get your data removed, please remove the Bot from your Server. Your data might stay on our Servers for up to 24h after it’s deleted forever.

2. Telegram Bot

This section covers the FreeStuff Bot for Telegram.

The FreeStuff Bot for Telegram does not collect any personal data or data that can be linked back to an individual. The only data visible to FreeStuff due to platform restrains are the subscriber and view counts for each individual language. All data is completely anonymous.

4. Application Programming Interface & Management Platform

This section covers both the Application Programming Interface (“API”) as well as the Content Management System (“CMS”), collectively the Management Platform (“MP” or “Platform”), covering the following domains:

In order to use the MP you have to log in using your Discord account. By doing so Discord provides us with the following user specific data:

  • Your user id, name and tag
  • Your avatar
  • Your account flags, both public and private
  • Your e-mail address, only if specifically provided
  • Your language settings
  • Your two factor authentication status
  • Your guilds. This includes the following data about each guild: it’s id, name, icon, features, ownership status and your permissions

Additionally, the following personal data might be collected regardless of your Discord Account:

  • Your internet protocol (IP) address
  • Your browser name and version
  • Timestamps of any interactions with the Platform
  • The pages you visited

We keep the right to store this data as long as we want, as well as to use and process it for any operations compliant with this Privacy Policy. Such operations may include:

  • Providing the Service
  • Analyzing the usage of our Platform in order to maintain and improve the Service
  • Making sure our User’s data is properly secured and not accessible from unauthorized access

User content

In the CMS you might have access to pages and tools which allow you to enter information. This includes translation pages, content moderation pages, API application settings, as well as document editing pages. We keep the right to use any information you provide through these tools in any way we like as well as storing this information for as long as we like.
